Antonio M. Cubano MD

After completing medical school, Dr. Cubano completed his internship year with the University of Connecticut. He later pursued further studies in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Cubano currently holds Board Certifications in both. He is also a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. The focus of his practice has included the diagnosis and treatment of primary psychopathology across all age groups, as well as the complex interaction between primary medical illness and coexisting psychopathology. He specializes in Treatment Resistant Depression and offers a variety of alternative treatments for it. Dr. Cubano has engaged in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric treatment and has experience in pharmaceutical clinical trials. He is fluent in English and Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Cubano enjoys car racing, traveling and fine dining.

Danielle Silva MSN, PMHNP-BC

Danielle Silva is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across their lifespan. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialization, from Maryville University. Danielle brings to the clinic a caring and holistic approach for individualized and personalized care implementing evidence-based practice, clinical experience, and intuition.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and hiking.

Ana Rodriguez, LCSW

Ana Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and native of Central Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and Psychology. She then lived for several years in Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area where she worked in the mental health field and obtained her Master’s in Social Work at the Catholic University of America in DC.
Licensed in Virginia and later in Florida, Ana has had the privilege of working with various client populations in a multitude of psychiatric settings for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include working with mentally ill adults, as well as those who struggle with depression and anxiety. She has experience working within community and hospital settings providing crisis and grief counseling, and supportive counseling for adults and children with significant medical illnesses.

Pamela Yarrington, PA

Pamela Yarrington is a Physician Assistant specializing in Psychiatry. She has been in clinical practice for over 30 years. She graduated from University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa as a Physician Assistant. She received her Masters Degree in Psychiatry from University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She moved to Central Florida in 1987 and has been in practice here since. She has worked in in-patient, out-patient and jail settings. She treats all psychiatric disorders in children through adults and has specialized in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in all ages. In her time away from work, she is active in church ministry and Central Florida Community Arts, and enjoys spending time with family and cruising.

Daisy Zevallos, APRN

Daisy Zevallos, APRN holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a psychiatric mental health certification from Nova Southeastern University. She was motivated by the increased mental health crisis today to pursue a career as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Daisy works with clients across their lifespan and understands the importance of improving and maintaining mental health with individualized treatment. When she is not at work, Daisy enjoys spending time with family and going to amusement parks.

Karla Bilderbeck, LMHC

Karla Bilderbeck is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience treating patients in out-patient and inpatient settings. Her specialties include PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. She earned her Masters degree in art therapy from Florida State University and later acquired her license as a Mental Health Counselor from Webster University. Karla is certified in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy treatments. In her free time she enjoys biking, kayaking and relaxing at the beach.

Parinaz Fard-Aghaie, MA, LMHC, NCC

Parinaz is a nationwide Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about providing multicultural, holistic care within a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can express themselves freely. Her primary goal is to be a fellow traveler who walks the path to healing with her clients. She believes that no person is immune to the tragedies of life and likes to work with anyone who desires to find answers and collaboratively work towards their goals. She believes that all human beings carry the solutions within, and she finds it an honor to support, advocate, and empower people to live their lives to the fullest. Parinaz is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-focused – CBT; she has worked with clients struggling with substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, and other life difficulties. Parinaz has a diverse background, speaks several languages, including German and Farsi, and is eager to work with clients of all backgrounds and ages.

Marilourdes Perez, LMHC

Marilourdes Perez is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 15 years in Florida. She graduated from University of Central Florida with Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Traumatology from Webster University. She assists clients with depression and anxiety, trauma, abuse, eating disorders, as well as grief, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, codependency, multicultural concerns, OCD and PTSD. She is a dedicated and passionate counselor with the goal of healing and empowering individuals to make positive lifestyle changes, discover new ways of employing positive coping skills in the process of the transitions through their path of healing and personal growth. Currently working with Workers Compensation here at Lake Mary Behavioral & Infusion Center.

Kiara, LMHC

Kiara is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Counseling. She has 5 years of experience working in mental health. She specializes in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety and has worked closely with Alzheimer’s patients and their families.

Kiara has an entrepreneurial spirit and brings to the team over 12 years of leadership and business operations experience. She has a special interest in helping others develop their career potentials. Prior to joining Lake Mary Behavioral & Infusion Center, Kiara worked at Charter Research where she gained experience in medical research and worked with Alzheimer’s Disease. She also worked as a Program Therapist at Halifax Health, where she conducted individual, family, and group therapy. She completed her internship at The Refuge where she obtained experience working with PTSD, trauma and associated conditions. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and traveling.
